For finding the problems source I hooked the amp up to my scope and checked the voltage on three points simultaneously, whilst waiting for the problem to occur again. The three points where the 7806's (IC92) output voltage, the output voltage of D921(Cathode) and the Output of the main transformers auxiliary winding on the Resistor R921.

That showed me that when the Problem occurs, the output and input of the 7806 (IC92) drops down to almost zero.

That meant if there isn't a short on the output of IC92
